In this episode we sat down for a STRONG chat with our first ever guest, our strongest athlete, who also happens to be the strongest athlete in the world – the one and only Hafthor Bjornsson!!! This chat was the day after he dominated the Arnold’s Classic Strongman in Columbus Ohio for the third year in a row. We talk about how the competition played out, his comp prep, his current goals, how Sebastian came to be his coach, as well as the MINDSET OF A CHAMPION! We also got a glimpse of his softer side as he and his wife Kelsey, answer some “couple questions”.
