Hi! I'm Felicia Oreb. I am one half of the Base Body Babes, and wife to renowned Strength Coach, Sebastian Oreb. I am a mother, wife and a personal trainer who specialises in training women with weights. As experts in our field, with two gyms and a successful online training business, we want to help more people than ever before become confident with lifting weights. We have developed what we believe to be the best training experience in the world today and we want to help you reach all of your health and fitness goals. We can't wait to train with you!

Eryn is our Head Strength Coach, and Group Trainer at Base Body Studio. Also working as a full time as a registered nurse, Eryn shows a passion for helping women become healthier, fitter, happier and stronger within themselves. Eryn began her journey with the Base Body Babes in 2014 as a client, where Felicia & Diana taught her how to train and how to lift weights. Strength training is now an integral part of Eryn's daily life, and has also competed in a powerlifting competition with a 130kg squat, 160kg deadlift and 60kg bench press.

Hi, I'm Amanda! I specialise in helping my clients build strength, gain confidence and understanding whilst transforming their physiques.

My attention to detail ensures my clients are moving correctly and practicing perfect technique in all exercises. I have a background in competitive powerlifting, experience in running strength classes and working with 1:1, 2:1 as well as online with my clients.

I cater to all levels of experience so whether you’re a beginner looking to get started, or someone more advanced wanting to level up, I will personalise my approach specifically to you, your starting point and your end goals.

Hi, I’m Kaitlin Gilsenan!

I have been involved in sport most of my life and my passion for it led me to complete a Bachelor Degree of Sport and Exercise Science followed by a Masters Degree in High Performance Sport.

Training has not only changed me physically (shaped my body and gotten me fitter and stronger) but it has also helped in so many other aspects of my life such as mentally and socially. I want to help/empower other women to feel the same as I do from exercise and living an overall healthy lifestyle.

I work with my clients to help them achieve their goals and reach their full potential whilst educating and empowering them along the way. I honestly love what I do and am so lucky to have found such a strong passion so early on in life and I think/hope that comes out in my coaching style.

Running multiple sessions daily; it is our mission to create a community of like-minded women who are happy, health, fit, confident and strong; women who see results from their training, who lift with good technique, and most importantly, who come to the studio because they love to, not because they should.

At Base Body Studio, we are all about treating yourself to the self-care you deserve. An Infrared Sauna is a great way to recover, relax and rejuvenate. Or, simply, take a moment for yourself and restore your mind, body and soul in our bespoke wellness space.

Our Base Suite space allows a maximum of 4 people per session, where you will be provided a robe, towel, H20 and enjoy a post-sauna cold plunge in our showers to stimulate systemic rejuvenation, healthy blood flow, recovery and muscle soreness.

Do I have to attend a Personal Training session prior to signing up to Base Body Studio?

All members are required to attend an Initial Consultation prior to joining Base Body Studio. In this session you will be taken through an induction to Base Body Studio, a movement analysis and correction session and an introduction warm up protocols.

How much do Personal Training sessions cost?

Personal Training rates begin from $120 per 60 minute session. Further discounts apply if you wish to incorporate personal training sessions in to your Base Body Studio group training program – check out our Ultimate Membership.

Do you do 2:1 Personal Training?

At Base Body Studio we offer custom training sessions for you and your training partner. Please email us at [email protected] for a package rate that suits you.

Do you offer casual visits?

We do not offer casual classes at Base Body Studio. Once you have attended your initial consultation, you can purchase a 12 Week Session Pass to suit your schedule.

Can you trial a class?

We do not offer trials at Base Body Studio.

Is there parking available at Base Body Studio?

There are two parking stations nearby: One on Cnr Sydenham Rd and Railway Parade (at the Train Station), and one on Cnr Sydenham Rd and Barclay St. There is also plenty of street parking available around the gym and it’s corresponding back streets.

Do my upfront session passes expire?

Your upfront session passes are valid for the duration of the 12 week cycle, and can be used at your discretion throughout the 12 weeks. At the end of the 12 week cycle, the remaining sessions will expire.

Can I freeze my membership?

As our membership and group sessions are both capped, we do not offer membership freezes. This is so Base Body Studio can continue to run as a private facility, with room for everyone to come in and train using the equipment they need, when they need it.

How many intakes are there per year?

There are 4 intakes per year – every 12 weeks.

Can I join at any time?

If you would like to join once a 12 week cycle has commenced, please email us at [email protected] to discuss membership options.

Are there shower facilities?

Base Body Studio is equipped with two bespoke showers available for members to use after their sessions.

Update: Due to the COVID Pandemic, towel hire has been suspended until further notice.

Can I buy smoothies or protein shakes?

‘Base Fuel’ is located within Base Body Studio, where we offer smoothies, protein shakes and pre/post training snacks.

Are there any COVID safe practices?

All members will be provided with covid-safe guidelines before attending their first session.

Please be mindful of appropriate hygiene whilst training at Base Body Studio. All members must wipe down equipment after use with provided disinfectant wipes, and sweat towels are mandatory to enter Base Body Studio.

Do you offer a child-minding facility?

Base Body Studio does not accomodate for children due to physical safety concerns. Thank you for your understanding.

Are the team first aid trained?

All Base Body Studio staff are qualified in First Aid and CPR.

I have a pre-existing health condition / injury. Can I still train at Base Body Studio?
