Our group strength classes are built to help you get stronger, improve your technique, and train with purpose. Each session is led by a qualified female coach and capped to ensure you receive the attention you deserve.
You’ll work through programmed strength blocks designed by the Base Body Babes team, focusing on form, progression, and real results.
Every session includes:
- A structured warm-up and mobility prep
- Progressive compound lifts and accessory work
- A finisher or conditioning circuit (optional)
