Class Schedule & How to Join

Flexible Class Times

Morning and evening sessions are available from Monday to Saturday, with small group sizes to ensure quality coaching. Whether you prefer early sessions before work or evening training after hours, there’s a class to fit your schedule.

Do I need experience to join?

Not at all. Our coaches tailor sessions to every level, with regressions and progressions for each exercise.

What should I bring?

Comfortable activewear, a towel, and a water bottle. That’s it, we provide everything else you need.
